It means that you've either given birth recently, or you're pregnant.
No other reason comes to mind why you would be lactating.
Personally, if I were you, I'd be on the phone to my doctor the second anything weird started happening with MY breasts.
Maybe a small amount of milk from extra prolactin/oxytocin due to the heavy stimulation the night before, but I 'd just make sure it doesn't continue, it may be an infection of a milk duct-nasty, you may need antibiotics

How old are you!
I'vew had a thought, lactation can begin albeit slightly, and only a small amout of women, just after they become pregnant (within the first trimester-a small amount of milk may come from the nipples-if they are sqeezed hard or sucked hard. She may actually just become pregnant! Better get a test.
This is however, most unlikely.
It is entirely normal for non-lactating women to have discharge from their nipples during sexual stimulation. If the liquid smells funny or is yellowish in color, or if your nipples seem painful or discolored, then see your doctor.

Mm yes sorry about that, You know I was actually thinking, I wish J_9 could jog my memory of the word!
Visit a doctor. This can be a sign of a medical problem.
That is usual for women of child bearing age. I have seen that to my wife and she was curious first but was/is okay.
Regular stimulation can cause lactaction whether you are pregnant or not. You can cause yourself to become engorged and espress milk even if you have aren't pregnant or have given birth.
This can also happen to men... yes ladies men CAN lactate if stimulation is regular (ie: sucking or or breast pumps being used)
As posted before, if there is odd colouring or has an off smell about it, then see your doctor.
Women can self stimulate their own milk production without going through pregnancy... its very common for a female to be able to become "expressive".. if conditions are right.. see a doctor just to be sure though.
Something not being pointed out here, is medication.
Are you on ANY medication at all? Or any vitamin suppliments?
I took a medication called Lithium for a long time and I lactated the entire time I was on it.
I am a 50 year old woman my partener was sucking my nipple and coplained as it was wet on looking closer and giving the nibble a hard squeeze black watery liquid seeped out.is this normal or something that should be looked at by doc
eille, I would definitely go to your gynecologist. It may be nothing but you should rule out an infection or breast cancer etc just to be safe.
It is also true of larger breasted women I am a 38d and have lactated in the past without a pregnancy or miscarriage that was recent its semi normal if you're larger up top
Did any of you three notice this thread was from 2009, and the poster hasn't been back?
