I need replacement for ceiling fan cover 10" x 10" with wire loop attachment

I would first check out your local Lowe's and Home Depot for a replacement. If you have no luck, then contact the manufacturer of your current fan. If you give them the model number or serial number they should be able to help you out.

I have no idea what you mean by "fan cover 10" x 10" with wire loop" Could you possibly post a picture or give us a model #?

From your recent PM I understand that this is an exhaust fan with a heat bulb. I have not seen any cover plate offered by any of the 3 top manufacturers so you may need to engineer one from sheet plastic or aluminium. Most home centers sell both plexiglass sheets as well as aluminium sheets. Wish I could be of more help.
