Hi,
I was injured on the job about half way through the working year, I had already put in for my vacation dates for the three weeks I had coming to me, but did not get to take the time off do to the injury. I've been out on comp. for almost a year now. Am I intitled to any of that vac. Time last year (2008), or do I lose it for getting hurt on the job?

Ok, in your company if you don't use vacation time, do you lose it ?
Or will it merely be on the books for when you return to work ( assuming you will)

The issue with work income, I don't believe ( state laws differ) that you can collect pay from work and workers comp payments both.
