5 years in the US; 1040EZ or 1040NREZ?
    Hello!

First of all, I appreciate you taking your time to read this.

I have been filling my own taxes for a few years now, since I arrived in the US in 2003.
Now it has been more than 5 years since I have been here in the US and I have heard I should no longer file the same way I have been filing.

For the tax year of 03,04,05,06,07, I have submitted a 1040NREZ, along with the 8843.
I was told I could NOT use the information on the 1098-T as long as I filed as a NR, but that I COULD use it if I filed the normal 1040 or 1040ez.

How should I file this year, 1040ez, or 1040ez-NR? Do I need the 8843? Can I use the 1098-T?

Thank you so much for your help!

Assuming you are on F1, for 2008, you will file resident tax return. You can get tuiton and fee deduction. You will get recovery rebate.

Yes, I forgot to mention, I am an f-1.
So I can file the 1040EZ.
Do I need to file the 8843?

    Can I use the 1090-T?

Ps:I tried to click on your profile to make a contribution but you paypal link was not working.

File Form 1040A and DO claim the RRC, plus claim any tuition credit/deduction for which you qualify.

    Do NOT file Form 8843.
