My ex turned himself in 4/3/09, for 4th dui vop. He posted bond next day. Today, 4/5/09, he was arrested for vop dwlsr. He now has 3 felony vop's and 3 misdemeanor vop's. My question, what happens next?

What happens? He has to attend the VOP hearing(s) and then go sit in jail or prison for awhile.

Depends on the state, and the law, in most 3 or 4 th convictions requires Jail and/or prison time.

So he hires an attorney, starts going to AA or some program to stop drinking
