    Indiana non resident county tax
    Hi,

I live and work in Michigan but the corporate office is in Indiana and the accounting office is in New Jersey. I have had Allen county non resident tax withheld on my W-2. Am I required to pay county tax if I do not pay county or local tax in Michigan. I am a bit confused on the reciprocal agreement between the two states. Is the income actually Indiana income or Michigan income? Is the adjusted gross income from Form 1040 going to the same as the AGI for the IT-40RNR

Thanks in advance for your help

These questions are state-specific, which is why you have not gotten any answer until now.

These questions are best submitted to either the Michigan or Indiana state tax authorities.
