Malware found in my computer, I don't know what to do.
I am running Avira the personal in my machine. It detected a malware found
    The name is HTML/crypted.Gen
    And located in Appdata/local/temp/Acr363D.tmp

Avira gave me the option deny access. I selected this option and shutdown the laptop
Immeduitely. Then, I mad a sacn in the safe mode. Surprisengly the Avira did not catch anything and it passes the Appdata files without any detection!

What to do now? Is it a virus or not ? If it is a virus how to remove it ?
    Help please...

Use windows anti melware software if using xp or download "super anti spyware" its grate taking away malware and bugs. SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware!

As it is in a temp folder, it would not seem to be detected as an active malware on your scan

I wold download and run malwarebytes, you can use this as free version without purchasing

    Malwarebytes.org

Here is the thing. I have malwarebytes, spybot, and Ad-Aware. I tried all of them
No one detect the virus. Plus, I went to the files of the temp in the local settingd in my AppData. I didn't find the file there.
Could it be hidden ? Or it was just a positive false warning from Avira ?

Your antivirus could have taken care of this problem. If you contiue to get problems try and do a disc cleanup this would also delete all temory stuffand if you think the file is hidden you could open an explorer menu and click on Tools- folder options - view and click on hidden files and folders and you should be abel to see it if it is hidden.
You should be very carfull cettain viruses apears to be an antivirus scanning your PC for " viruses" but then takes over you PC and cases a lot of damage

    Hi,
I think your laptop is infected from malwares so first Go to windows task manager>processes>right click the processes>click on End process.(Which is running for malware). Download and install Malwarebyte tool on your computer, It is Anti malware tool and full scan your computer through Malwarebyte also delete entries manually from the program files.
