    Renting an apartment
Can someone tell me where I can find information on what rights I have when renting an apartment. I live in Texas... any help will work. Thanks in advance.

What rights in terms of what?

There are links to state Landlord/Tenant sites at the top of this forum.

This should be spelled out in your lease. Generally a landlord has the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice (usually defined as 24 hours). They can also enter the unit in case of emergency for repairs, etc.

How about explaining the circumstances and we can advise further.
