Hello there.
Im an Indian and my age is 18. I'm 5.6' feet high. I have become more thin from the last few months. Two years ago I was averege wieghted till 61-62kg. Now I weigh somewhere about 49 or 48.
Can anyne tell me how can I increase me wieght and become fit. I used to go to gym last year and easily worked out till 12.5 - 15kg dumbells. But now I'm not so strong and not doing any workout.
Lastly, I have been skipping my meals and busy all day. Now I got three months vacation in which I have to get little fat. At least average wieght like before. How can I increase and what exercise you suggest me to become fit. I have 7.5 kg dumbells at home.
