Does anyone know if Pre-Paid Legal Services INC. is worth getting?

How many legal questions a month do you have that requires a phone call to an attorney.

Is their discount price for personal legal work, lower than you can find it locally, Do they have any attorneys in your actual city or will they be 200 miles away.

From what I understand it's around $40 a month and you get a lawyer anytime you need it... also you get identity theft protection... you do stilll have to pay a lawyer fee I think but you get a 30% discount or something... and the lawyer will be a local one under this incorporation... other than that I do not know

I've never needed cursory legal advice. That's the kind of stuff we offer here for free. Every time I've needed legal services, the solution to my problems didn't involve advice. It involved representation. And, that's something you're going to have to pay for anyway...

Plus, it's my view that lawyers who sign on, are lawyers who can't get business anywhere else. Those wouldn't be lawyers I'd want working on my case.
