I think you'll just have to cross reference this list of US graduate institutions (below undergrad) with a list of chemistry graduate schools, of which there are lots. I got this from IELTS's website.

I wouldn't just search "chemistry" on this list, because it only lists MIT.

I am sure there are more than that. For example, the University of California Berkeley recognizes the test for the business school. I can't think of any reason the Department of Chemistry would refuse it. Berkeley is packed with graduate students from all over the world.

But at least you know which schools accept the test. You may have to write to individual chemistry departments. Choose the ones you are interested in.
