Moved out in 30-days after getting a 60-days notice!
I got a 60-day notice to move, I moved out in the first month of the 60-day notice. Now the landlord gave me a 3-day notice to pay or quit, and is telling me to pay for another month of rent after I moved out in the first 30-days of the 60-day notice. Is this legal in the state of California and I haven't even signed a rental notice saying I even lived there. Does anyone know the law about this problem? Thank You;)

So you had no written lease at all, living just month to month, right? CA has a few funky laws regarding property and leases but this would not be enforceable in most states since he was evicting you. However, as a month to month tenant you must give 30 days notice that you are moving. Not sure how his eviction notice affects this requirement.
