My husband was born in Panama but has been living in the United States since he was 4 months old ( he is now in his 30s). We want to travel to Panama in the summer. He has a green card but his passport from Panama has expired. Will he be able to travel to Panama without a passport and will he be able to return to the U.S. with just his green card alone?
