What is the legal age limit that our son can work in our hotel collecting glasses he does not serve drinks nor takes money for any drinks we have been reported to the police for him doing so we live in scotland and the laws differ slightly help much appreciated

I don't see Scotland - depends on the State. In NY under certain circumstances (and this has NEVER made sense to me) an underage person CAN serve alcohol.
