I am 41 weeks pregnant and it is now 4 day past my due that is there a way I can self induce

You could try the usual... frequent intercourse, nipple stimulation, and pressure points to see if anything gets going. If your body is ready, things might get started, if not you will just have to wait. Certainly not much longer now... :)

Well, I feel for you. I went 3wks overdue with my 1st, & finally went in to be induced. Nothing like pitocin-induced labour! After that fiasco, I tried all the different tricks to self-induce.The one that worked the best was dancing around my kitchen to Def Leppard's Hysteria album. Hard rock beat,played loud.
Labour in less than 24hrs!!
