Hi.. we have a tenant that has not paid August or September and bounced/finally paid June and July. We served her with a 30 day notice on Aug 15th to break the tenancy and to leave the property on Sept 16th. We just received a letter today that she filed Chapter 7 on Aug 31st. We have people coming from Colorado to take possession on Sept 17th. Can we contact her or drive by to talk to her and see what her plans are? She told us she was going to get a new place and move. She won't return any calls and we have not demanded any money. What can we do to get her out or find out what she plans to do legally?
