Has anyone modified their home and have had a good experience so they can recommend me to a place to do a modification? I am currently in foreclosure and I figure this is my only way out to not losing my home.

Your current mortgage company will have to modify your mortgage and they can give you all the information on it.

There are a few places on the net that have information, but only your mortgage institution would know if they are participating in the new government program (and they might not be).
