Can't see any possible reason why it should be? What are you afraid of?

I also don't see how it might be harmful to a person's health. However, being full might make it harder to sing properly.

It shouldnt be! but then again..im not a doc! haha. :)
The human body is pretty good at coping with all the stuff we throw at it. Most of have lots of practise at eating, so unless we really pig out, it rarely affects our ability to do normal stuff.
