I met an illegal alien about year ago I fell in love with her and we got married and moved in with her and everything went down hill from there she doesn't work . We went to our first interview and failed it because they asked her if committed a crime in past 10 years and she said no. I want to get an annlument but she doesn't want to. And I'm scared because I was told that if we don't pass this interview she could get deproted and I could go to jail is that true?. I really don't know what to do I'm scared and nervous at the same time I know it was a mistake but it is what it is can some please help me
