Try drawing a free body diagram. (a small sketch analyzing the forces) that's where I would start. And also, it is at CONSTANT speed. What does this say about acceleration?

No need to modify your question. And you should be able to do this question without the given possible answers.
Firstly, you need to know the force you need to lift the two weights. Then use your formula F=ma. (f is force, m is mass and a is acceleration)
