I purchased a carrier 13 seer puron heat pump in 2008. Does this qualify for the 2008 tax credit?

I doubt it,, I understood the tax creditd are for 16 seer and higher units,, ask your tax preparer or call IRS

13 seer is the lowest seer units you can buy now
