My period is never on 'time'. Last month I missed my period but I did have brown discharge for about 4 days. The beginning of this month (the 4th) I started having darker discharge this time, more red and now its like a period but very light. Usually my cycles start very heavy and then tapper down to the brown discharge and it lasts for 7 days. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests (a week apart) and they both came out negative. So I am wondering could I still be pregnant? Cause I have never had this happen before.

You do not mention your age. This plays an important role.

That being said, this could just be what is called an abnormal period. There is nothing wrong with this, it just happens to us every once in a while.

While it is possible, it is very unlikely you are pregnant.
