How do I view deleted internet history

a) Some search engines cache content/pages, so if you are lucky you will get the deleted content.
b) There are sites like www.archive.org, which keep copies of internet content, check these sites

Anka, I think the OP means on their LOCAL machine.
There are restoration programs available, but I have yet to find one that does a good job.
Some have had good results with a simple system restore, but to be honest, once it's deleted it's gone for good.
