Was charged with shopliting in June08' recommited the same crime in December 08" the condition of the sentence was to stay out of trouble for 6 months is it mandatory that I do the 90 days in jail or is basically the judges recommitted? Is there anything you would recommend I say or do to to get a little leniency?

Umm you broke the law, got probation under the condition you keep your nose clean for 6 months but got caught again and you expect leniency? If the condition of your probation was that you forego a 90 day jail sentence and you broke your probation then you are going to jail.

The judge might combine the original sentence with a longer sentence for the second crime.
