    How do I get coustody of my newphew
    My nephew just came home to live with his mom (15 years old,)it's only been three weeks and now he is living with me, because his mother no longer wants to care for him, my question is how do I go about seeking custody.

    File in Family court. I would suggest filing for guardianship first, then Custody.
