If you read Jake's answer, she says it's sung by Corina.

Corina's 1997 version of Summertime Summertime was my favorite, but people who wish to keep it true to the originators of the freestyle sound would say Nocera is better since she was the original singer of the song. Nocera surely did well because even today, she still gets play and recognition, over 2 decades later! Both artists are still around today making new music, and ironically, Corina just updated her Facebook status today regarding a performance live with Judy Torres and Lisette Melendez. Freestyle lives!
