I have a red bump on on my genital I am very worried about please someone help its pretty large and hurts to touch it can't be aid or any HIV because Ive only slept with one girl and I've been sleeping with her for years there are no real white spots and I can pull it up like stretch it Please help me. :confused::confused:

It could be what is called Orchitis, or inflammation of the testis.
You do need to go to your doctor for this, as it needs proper treatment with an antibiotic, only OTC anti-inflammatory medicines won't do.

Your doctor is always your best source of medical information.
You should not become overly alarmed as it could also be a blocked hair follicle. Commonly known as an ingrown hair that has filled with pus.

While you are waiting for your doctors appointment.Keep the area clean and dry and avoid chafing with tight clothing,etc.

As you said there was a white pus this is obviously hours later I have been putting peroxide and other thing is it a possible zit I'm not as worried but if it is a zit it would be nice to know... so I could laugh at my own stupidity thanks again and I'm new here so can you add a friend or something :confused: thanks again.

I would not put anything on it because you do want to get the pus out and peroxide may just dry it up.Maybe a warm cloth will help to bring it out.Don't squeeze it!

It sounds like an ingrown hair follicle that got pus build up around it.

I guess you could add me as a friend,I have not done that here so I don't know. But thank-you for the thought.

Ok the thing that makes me think its not a ingrown hair is there is no hair near the bump... it is about have way up the shaft and my hair doesn't grow that high... any ideas and thanks wish I would have known not to squeeze earlier and if you wish you can add me on my Yahoo at [email protected]
