I have several driving under suspension charges. After getting caught driving in 2006, I did 60 days for these offenses. They charged me with being a habitual traffic offender which is a felony in South Carolina. I had a fine of $2100 which is paid in full. My question is in South Carolina can I get this expunged from my record so it doesn't always show on my backgroud?

From what I can find, no, it cannot be expunged. Expungement Information: Ninth Judicial Circuit Office of the Solicitor
