I got married in November 2008. I found out 3 months later there is the possibility he is still married to a woman from 1988. How can I prove that and is it gounds for an annulment?

Yes! That is definitely grounds for anullment. Go to the court house in the state you think they would have gotten married and there should be a record of it. Hope this helps.
