Can someone please tell me the age that child suport stops in N.Y? my step daughter is going to be 19 and will be done with school this June,and is not going to collage.

Generally child support obligation ends after the age of 18 and upon completion of school, often extended to age 25 if going to college.

It should be covered in your child support order and also varies by State.

What State?

Even with state law, often an agreement is made ( your child custody and support order) that will agree to pay though college even if the state does not require it, In states that require you, you can not pay less, but can always agree to pay more.

So you need to get your copy of the agreement out and see exactly what it says.
