I have decided to start a homebased property management business. I would like to find form letters to use and application forms in which customers will fill and questions and services needed. I live in Calgary, Alberta

Are you talking about documents that you're going to use AFTER you've secured a client?? Or are they to be used to SECURE clients?

Although I know NOTHING about your particular business, it looks pretty much like ANY service related business. Therefore, it seems to me that all you're going to need AFTER the sale, is a printed contract spelling out your general requirements, but with lots of blank space to fill in the specific details of the job you're performing.

If you're talking about materials that you'll be using to GET your clients, I wouldn't use form letters. Of course, HOW you intend to market your services would dictate what documents are necessary...
