    IRS income execution
I have an income execution of my wages, my direct deposit goes into my sons checking account. I received a checked from my mortgage company in my name and my sons and his bank will not deposit it because my name is not on his checking account.

If he addes my name to the account can the IRS put a levy on the account

You encorse the check, then he endorses the check and deposits it in his account. I've never heard of that scenerio where a bank won't let someone deposit a check due to not having their name on the account. That's a new one to me.

And yes, if your name is added to his account the IRS can do just that.

I will also note, that if you have your check direct deposited into his account, the IRS when they find this, will or can take that money from that account, since you are putting your money into to hide it from them
