    My Petition is pending
    Hi, We got Married in April 2007 My Wife is an US Permanent Residence she filled petition Form-I 130 in August 2007 from USA .I am an Indian Citizen and in March 2008 we were blessed with twins babies .Now our Babies are US citizen and my situation is my case is still pending and I have'nt meet my family.please help me I would like to how much time it will to get approvel in my case.Its been almost 2 years..

    Please answer me I am very thankfull of you...

    The fastest way is have your wife naturalized, then upgrade your case with USCIS. If petitioner is a green card holder, it's between 5-7 years.
