I had tubed tied, pink spot, discharge, start light then heavy for 2 weeks sometime 5 days on and off and my breast always hurt while period start or before period start I wonder why..

Even with your tubes tied, you will still go through the same hormonal changes each cycle. Your body will still prepare for ovulation and you will continue to ovulate, even though the egg can't be fertilized.
Periods will not always be the same each cycle, and what is normal for one person may be completely different from someone else.

You didn't mention how long ago you had your tubes tied, but if it was fairly recent, give it a few cycles to see if your body is just adjusting as periods can be off for a bit afterwards.
