I have a fiancée that got married to this girl from ecuador only because she needed papers. They made a bussines behind my back she is going to pay him 6,000 all together. She paid him 3,000 and they got married july17,2007 behind my back. I want to know if that is fraud what they are both doing?

Not easy to determine if it's fraud or not, but the fact that he married that woman tells he doesn't want to marry you.. move on.
