I am having these weird pains in my lower left side of my stomach it feels like a burning painful cramping but at the same time it is like something is leaking inside it hurts when I walk and urinate.I am a 22 year old female I think I have a slight fever not sure what to do?

Im not a medical professional, but it sounds like a urinary tract infection. It would be best to see a doctor to diagnose, you will more than likely need antibiotics.
