A child was born in 1992 or 1993 in Michigan and then moved to Florida with his mother in 1995 she got married and stayed in Florida for 13 years.then she divorced and moved back to Michigan. In 2006 she went to the friend of the court and filed for child support against me.the state of mi declared me the father because she named me the father on the birth certificate.now the court demands support from me and will not answer my questions about this matter or if I'm even the real father of this child.what rights do I have on this matter.

You appear in Court and raise these questions - in some States once a certain number of years has passed you cannot challenge paternity. It may be too late to do so. That is how it sounds from your post.

Were you aware you are on the birth certificate as the father?

You go to Court and argue about paying child support - and the Court will determine what you need to pay (and if you need to pay it).

Have you ever supported the child?

If you were not aware of your name being on it you can ask the courts for a DNA test to determine if you are the father or not. Some states have a time limit on a birth certificate challenge but under the circumstances your portraying then you had no idea a child was born.
