    Cadet baseboard heater buzz
I just installed a baseboard heater in my basement. Seems to be working fine, heats, turns off when themostate 'says' turn off and all seems well. The only thing is I noticed that it has a slight 'hum' or buzz when its running. Very quite hum but is that normal? Does anyone know?

The hum or buzz is not a problem, just caused by either loose fitting heat element and/or the sheetmetal is vibrating, due to the 60 cycle hum of alternating current.

If the noise is a bother, then may be able to find the vibration and tighten.
