    Can I have an animated avatar?
    I didn't know where to post this question,I hope this is O.K.

    I notice some members have animated avatars,I am refused permission to use an animated
    One.Is that because I am not an expert?

    Also my inbox was full and I just found that out so for the people who tried to IM me,sorry,I have since fixed the problem.

    Nope, only certain admin/mods have animated avatars.
