    I truly need to lose weight,I startd to gain when I had my two daugthers.. so which is the best way to lose weigh:)

    The ELEM diet... best diet plan ever.

    Eat less, exercise more. Sounds simple, but really, you need to burn more calories than you take in. Depending on height, weight, age and activity level, you burn somewhere between 1600 and 2500 calories a day just going about your day. For every pound you want to burn a week, you need to take in or burn off 500 calories less than your number.

    It's a little more complicated than that, technically, but not enough to actually worry about the math.

    You can Google BMR Calculator to find out your daily burn. BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate. Knock 500 off by some combination of diet and exercise and you will lose 1 pound a week. 1000 off it gets you 2 pounds. More than that, see a doctor first.
