My Friend Got Caught Stealing .96 worth of Merchandise.she was given 25 hours of community service and good behavior until court date.her court dates in June.. She didn't complete her hours and missed her stop class she didn't have the money.shes a good girl and works a lot never been in trouble before.. is their any way that she can complete her hours and not get jail time?

There are 2 months (April and May) until June rolls around. What is stopping her from doing her community service hours? As far as the Stop class, she needs to sign up and complete the class as soon as possible. If necessary she needs to either do without something in order to pay for the class or borrow the money from someone but take the class regardless.

If she does not want to chance going to jail for not completing the community service or not going to the stop class, she needs to take care of this NOW.

If she really was a "good" girl, she should do as the Judge ordered her to do.
