    Making my own Vintage clothes
I've been doing a lot of doodling lately. Most of them of designs for clothes.

So I thought why not make my own! But have nooo idea how to? I don't know how to sew. Do I have to take a fashion course? Or just a plain sewing class? Where can I buy material from? I'm in the UK by the way.

I'm not sure if uk department stores are the same as in the us, but usually there are sewing sections where you can find material. If you know of areas that have a lot of indian or pakistani shops you can also find material there or asks owners of indian clothing stores. Sewing is not very hard you just need to learn how to use a sewing machine. You could probably find a class to learn how. A lot of stores also sell patterns to make clothing. :)

I would go for a sewing class. The fashion classes would help as well. But I have found the best way is by trial and error. If you can learn how to do the basics, you can make cute clothing!

Buying patterns is also the way to go. Is a great way to practice before you learn to make more complicated designs :D:D

You might want to start with something small like pants. Pajama pants are very easy. You could also make a bag.

If your objective is to learn how to sew then take a sewing class but if not then take fashion class.. and beside, both will help to enhance your skills..

Usually there is a section in the department store where you can buy the materials you need..
