I remember watching this film years ago, but I can remember the name!
It was a maily child cast I think, and I remember Macaulay Culkin is in the film, he's like 10. I remember a scene when he is singing a song with the lead girl.
And I rember a quote from the movie, when there's a fire, and a couple of the kids go to call 911, and the kid says "hey whats the number for 911?" and the other kid says "i dont know" and they end up not calling the fire brigade.
Arghh I really need 2 know this film!! Please help!!

Its not there:( maybe I'm mistaking him for someone else, but I'm 100% sure it wa him. He was the bad guy, and not the main hero..

The movie is Little Rascals Macualy was not in that one though
