I am on the BOD of a 501-C-3 Community Access Television corporation. I want to look into the financing and operating procedures and records of the corporation. I have been denied this information by the president of the Board. Are the records of a 501-C-3 corporation suppose to be available to the public as well as to a current BOD member?

Ask him again. If he refuses, call a board meeting and bring it up with the other members...

Chances are, if it is a 501(c)(3), it is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of your state. Look up the statutes for non-profits in your state and you will probably find clear authority for your right to see these records.
