After dating the same guy for over a year and a half, he has started acting like saying I love you doesn't mean anything cause I know he loves me. And as if I lost my emotions all of a sudden and thinks that the things he says won't effect how I feel.

Where does this come from?

Could be a lot of reasons, you'd have to talk to your man, to find out for sure.

If it bothers you this much, try talking it through with him and getting an answer that you can really work with. Maybe couples counceling, or just a new spicy fling thing (like a hot date night! Just the two of you.) will spark a new interest. People tend to get bord very easily, especially now a days when there is so much new and intersting information out there to be had, there for more new and interesting expieriences. Try to keep it fresh, and let them know how you feel, be open and honest, or keep your worries to yourself. Either way, what is happening, is happening. So face it now, or face it later. It's up to you...
