90s Animation / live action cross-over
Hi
I'm trying to remember the title of an early 90s US film but as I was young when I saw it I remember very few details.
I know that it combined both live action and animation (Roger Rabbit style / space jam style) and I think a man discovers the other cartoon dimension.
The only scene I really remember is with a small animated crazy character standing on a van/bus/truck (which is shooting at the human real character) and he's trying to pee on the human from the top of the vehicle while driving at high speed.
I think its set in the desert.
Does this sound at all familiar to anyone?
