So I am now officially 4 days late for my period, I am experiencing cramps and bloating and every time I sit down I catch myself falling asleep, my period is always right on and I haven't missed a period in years, my boyfriend and I started trying for a baby about 7 weeks ago and we are hoping that this is it. I have taken 3 pregnancy test since the first day of my missed period and all of them have shown up negative, I was just wondering what kind of advice evryone can give me, is it a negative or should I start picking out names? My friend said she tested 2 days after her missed period and it came up positive right away. Am I not using the test right?What is going on?

Stress(wanting to be pregnant) can throw off your cycle.
Many times P.M.S. symptoms can mimic pregnancy.

If you were on birth control before trying to conceive,it may take a bit longer to do so.

Get some exercise and fresh air,clear your mind.
