after leaving my employment 5 years ago,I was assaulted by my employer(for leaving) 4 months later after my leaving I received an unsigned invoice saying I owed £5000 for hire of tools ,workshop,storage of a trailor over 52 weeks. I never did any of this,never signed any agreement.x employer took this to a small claims court and here we are 5 years on still fighting it out in court.. it has been struck out,discontinued and now he's appealed against the courts decision,any ideas on how to put a stop to this continues harassment?
