    My shower head broke but the arm to the head of it is round will any shower head fit it

    No! The chrome shower arm is special made for the shower head. You need to purchase a threaded shower are, (see image)and a new shower head. Pick up some Teflon Tape also. Unscrew the old shower arm and replace with the new one after Teflon taping the threads. You may now tape the threads on the end and install your new shower head. Good luck, Tom
