My puppy is constapated, feels clammy and not active. Any ideas?

How old? Dogs normal temp is higher than human so the dog should never feel cool, so if you mean by clammy the puppy is cold feeling you need to get it warmed up fast. Not sure what to suggest about the constipation. Could the puppy have eaten something that has caused a blockage?
